Dynamics of Baking & Patisserie

This is a comprehensive course in Baking and Patisserie, comprising three modules starting from the basic, going on to intermediate, and finally to the advanced phase. 


Each module is of six weeks duration covering recipes of different countries. Its uniqueness lies in the hands-on experience it offers to the student to excel in the different avenues of this exciting world of baking.


Participants can enroll for all 3 modules sequentially or select any one or two modules of their choice.
Small class sizes for each module ensure that individual attention is given to every participant.
The students are taken on field trips, given work assignments and exposed to practical demonstrations from experts in the field.


The main objective of this programme is to prepare students who have a love for baking and for advancement in the field of pastry arts.
Spanning the three modules, some of the confectionery items that the students learn to prepare are varieties of breads, buns & rolls, muffins, cookies, varied types of cakes, tarts, pies and pastries.

1.30 pm - 4.30 pm (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)

Number of Seats: 30 per module

Eligibility:  Being a hobby course; it is open to boys, girls and housewives.
